If you’re an individual who doesn’t know how to read a contract and have a question about a contract that you’re reading I will provide a one time consultation that includes a review of the documentation, research required (if applicable) and recommendations based on final analysis.
Expected response time is 3-5 business days via email. Rates may vary based on time investment to provide consultation. Rates will be determined based on initial review and a flat fee will be invoiced. This service is only available for personal contract matters. This is not open to individuals representing a business or business matters. Please inquire about rates.
