“Contract Fundamentals” Workshops

This includes to up 20 hours of 1:1 training/consultation with regular meeting times scheduled weekly. Customer is responsible for providing contract documentation and providing real time examples of challenges experienced in the contracting process. Contract Clarus will do a deep dive into the documentation and educate the learner(s) on how to understand the risks associated with the terms and conditions. This is meant to be interactive, participation is required by all. The more questions the learner(s) have the more the learner(s) will get out of the Contract Fundamentals Training/Consultation. The training has been developed with an emphasis on roles and responsibilities of the buyer and the seller and minimizing risk exposure through role clarity and understanding contract fundamentals. It is recommended to have 2-4 participants but single learners are welcome. Please inquire about rates.
