This training/consultation includes two parts: 1. Up to 20 hours of training for Contract Fundamentals and 2. Up to 10 hours of Negotiations role play with regular meeting times scheduled weekly.
The learner(s) must learn how to read the contract and understand the risks associated with the terms and conditions before they can confidently negotiate the contract. This is meant to be interactive, participation is required by all.
Contract Clarus will challenge our learners when negotiating their perspective, and encourage my learners to negotiate a contract from both the buyer and seller perspective, gain an understanding of their own negotiation style and develop a better understanding of their own risk tolerance during the negotiations process. It is recommended to have 2-4 participants, but single learners are welcome. Please inquire about rates.
